Return Policy / 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason within 30 days from date of purchase, you may return the tool to us for a full refund (less shipping costs).
- The tool must be returned in good resalable condition.
- Any tools that are returned with the tamper seals broken will not be refunded.
- If the tool has been used to clear codes, we will charge a 30% restocking fee. (We are not in the tool-lending business!)
- All returns must be accompanied with a return authorization number. To receive a return authorization number, please send a message to . Any shipments received without a return authorization number will be rejected.
- Refunds will be given in the same tender as original purchase.
- We do not reimburse shipping on orders that have departed our facility. We will only do so if the order is cancelled prior to departure.
- Please be aware that postage on returns is your responsibility. We do not reimburse for shipping and handling on returns.
- This return policy can only be used once by any person or business.
